Unit Award Streamers - Safety Excellence Streamers
A green ribbon with two white stripes and a white embroidered inscription “SAFETY EXCELLENCE” is authorized to indicate accident prevention measures and success. The streamer is authorized for Detachments/Company size units that have completed 12 consecutive months without experiencing a Soldier/unit at fault Class A or B accident and have 100% completion of Composite Risk Management (CRM) training within the last 24 months at time of submission.
